privacy policy
last updated: 28 October 2026
Sygil is built to need as little about you as possible. there are no accounts, no sign-ups, no emails and no tracking cookies.
what we store
- coin data: public information about the coins we build HQs for (name, symbol, logo, links, market data, safety results).
- orders: the plan, the coin, the public wallet address that paid and the transaction. we need these to deliver your plan and to send refunds back to the wallet that paid.
- claims: the link to the claim post and the coin's public X handle.
- counts: how many times an HQ was viewed and how many rank cards were made, per HQ and per day. these are plain numbers, not linked to any person.
- abuse protection: short-lived records used to limit repeated requests. they are deleted within 24 hours.
what we don't store
- wallet addresses typed into a rank card. the card is made in your browser from public data.
- private keys or signatures. Sygil never asks for them. if anyone asks you for them in Sygil's name, it's a scam.
- names, emails, phone numbers or payment card details.
your browser
we don't use tracking cookies or ads. your browser keeps one small session flag so the welcome screen only plays once per visit. it is cleared when you close the tab.
services we use
Sygil runs on Cloudflare, which processes basic request data (like your IP address) to deliver and protect the site. fonts load from Google Fonts. coin data comes from DexScreener, RugCheck, pump.fun and Solana RPC providers. coin videos are rendered on GitHub. each of these has its own privacy policy. on-chain data, including payments, is public on the Solana blockchain by design and can't be deleted by anyone.
removal requests
a coin team can ask us to take down its HQ, and you can ask us to remove an order record that isn't needed for an open refund. message @eccentricweb on X.
changes
if this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. see also our terms of use.
