terms of use

these terms cover sygil.pro and every coin HQ on *.sygil.pro ("Sygil", "we"). by using the site, claiming an HQ or paying for a plan, you agree to them. see also our privacy policy.

1. what Sygil is

Sygil builds web pages ("HQs") for Solana memecoin communities: rank cards made from public on-chain buys, live stats, levels and a coin video. Sygil is a design and web service. we do not issue, sell, promote as an investment or trade any coin.

2. free HQs

every day we pick some new coins that pass our safety checks and build each one a free preview HQ. a preview is fan-made: it is not created by, run by or affiliated with the coin's team, and says so on the page.
the free HQ is a gift for the coins we pick. it can't be bought or requested, and we choose which coins get one.
the coin's team can claim its free HQ with one post from the coin's official X account. if that post is deleted for more than 24 hours, the HQ goes back to preview.
a coin's team can ask us to take its preview down at any time by contacting us from the coin's official X.

3. paid plans

pay from your own wallet, not an exchange. refunds always go back to the wallet that paid.
if your coin fails our safety check before delivery, you're refunded automatically.
price moves of your coin are not a refund reason. delivered work is not refundable.
Official ✓ needs proof you're the team: pay from the coin's creator wallet (automatic) or post from the coin's official X.
prices are one-time, shown in SOL with an approximate USD value, and can be paid in SOL, USDC or USDT. your plan starts when the payment is confirmed on-chain.
paying for a plan does not mean we endorse your coin, and it doesn't buy a place in our daily picks.

4. what we refuse or take down

free or paid, we refuse or remove HQs for coins that fail our safety checks (RugCheck danger, active mint or freeze authority, no real liquidity or trading), coins that rug or turn out to be scams, impersonation of real people, brands or other projects, and content that promotes hate, terror or violence, or is illegal. if we remove a paid HQ before delivery because the coin failed our safety check, you are refunded automatically.

5. your content

coin names, logos, images and lore belong to their owners. by claiming or paying for an HQ, you confirm you have the right to use what you give us, and you allow us to show it on your HQ, in your coin video and in Sygil's own showcase posts. if you own something shown on Sygil and want it removed, contact us.

6. holders and rank cards

holders never connect a wallet or sign anything on Sygil. a rank card is made by reading public on-chain data for an address the holder types in. rank cards are for fun and sharing, not proof of anything.

7. not financial advice

memecoins are extremely risky and can go to zero. nothing on Sygil is financial, investment or legal advice, and an HQ, a pick, a rank, a level or a safety check is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any coin. prices, market caps and safety data come from third parties (DexScreener, RugCheck, the Solana blockchain) and can be wrong or late. do your own research.

8. no guarantees

we work hard to keep Sygil online and correct, but the service is provided "as is". we don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or that any coin data is accurate. to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan in question.

9. changes

we may update these terms or change, pause or end parts of the service. the date at the top shows the latest version. plans you already paid for keep the features you bought.
